Totaling 940,000-square-feet, the three buildings are located on Camp Hall's 77-acre Campus 4A site. The project is strategically located adjacent to Volvo Cars’ growing manufacturing facility at the intersection of Fish Road and Volvo Cars Drive. The three facilities will be constructed of tilt-up concrete wall panels with structural steel frames and thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofs. Buildings A and B are approximately 220,000-square-feet each with a rear-loading layout, 32’ clear height, 36 dock doors and two drive-in doors. Building C is approximately 500,000-square-feet with a cross-dock layout, 36’ clear height, 116 dock doors, and four drive-in doors.
Situated with direct access to I-26, Camp Hall commerce park is 30 minutes from the Port of Charleston, 27 miles from Charleston International Airport, and 18 miles from I-95. The park consists of approximately 6,800 acres with 2,600 acres dedicated as land to be preserved.
