Antolin Plant 2 Expansion
For this project, Frampton contracted with Gramercy Property Trust, a leading global investor and asset manager of commercial real estate, to complete a 55,000-square-foot plant expansion for Grupo Antolin.
Grupo Antolin, a leading multi-national company established in 26 countries, develops, designs, and manufactures interior automobile components. The plant expansion allows the company to expand its production line to deliver products for BMW. The new addition consists of load bearing concrete tilt wall panels, structural steel framing, seven dock doors, an ESFR sprinkler system, and 127 more employee parking spaces. Our project team delivered the building ready for occupancy one week ahead of schedule and within 60 days from receipt of the permit. The building was substantially complete within 90 days.
