Mairec
Frampton Construction was selected by industrial developer Agracel Inc. to complete a 50,000 square foot interior and exterior renovation project for MAIREC Precious Metals Recycling in Spartanburg, SC.
Renovation of the existing facility included updating the electrical system, adding new T-5 lighting, an office addition, new ADA entrance, new storefront windows, painting of the building, and multiple other exterior renovations. Headquartered in Germany, this is the first overseas operation for MAIREC.
