Race Track Logistics Center
Race Track Logistics Center is a new, premier urban industrial complex in Pompano Beach, FL.
Rockpoint, a Boston-based real estate private equity firm, is developing the approximately 1.5 million-square-foot, 87-acre, Class A industrial park on the site of the former horse racing track. The site is currently approved for eight buildings. Phase One of Race Track Logistics’ development consists of 620,738 square feet across four buildings.
Frampton is completing the development of the full site and construction of Phase One, which includes grading, drainage, vertical construction of four buildings, and exterior landscaping. Notable items in the scope of work include two-story storefront glass, an entrance facade with architectural panels and feature walls on all buildings, and a thermoplastic polyolefin roofing system for weather resistance and energy efficiency. The buildings will include a 36’ clear height and 165 dock doors with two drive-in doors per building.
