T-Mobile Richmond Customer Care Center

Richmond, VA 130,000 SQ FT

Frampton Construction was selected to build a Customer Care Center for T-Mobile in Richmond, VA. The adaptive reuse project consisted of converting a former Sam's Club grocery store into creative office and call center space.

Much of this 130,000 square-foot project’s scope involved interior upfit work, featuring a fitness center, theater room, game room, cafeteria, open office space, training rooms, and boardrooms. Exterior work included cutting openings for 24 new windows and adding two new storefront entrances, as well as adding a 3,000-square-foot employee patio with outdoor kitchen, fireplace, seating, and a basketball court. This was Frampton Construction’s second Customer Care Center completed for T-Mobile.
