Frampton Construction was selected by Equity Industrial Partners to build a new 385,000-square-foot distribution center for RoadOne Intermodal Logistics in Summerville, SC.
The cross-dock facility with 32-foot clearance will be constructed of concrete tilt walls and a structural steel frame. Situated on 48 acres, the building will feature 100 dock doors, one drive-in door, and parking for 364 trucks and 138 cars.
