Frampton Construction has completed the construction of a new 130-door, 89,000-square-foot transload facility for TradePort Logistics here. The design-build project was developed by The Keith Corporation in partnership with the South Carolina Ports Authority.
Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, has finished design-build work on a veterinary hospital facility for New River Veterinary Specialists.
Frampton has broken ground on Lakeland Commerce Center @ County Line in Lakeland, Fla. Totaling 905,440-square-feet, the project consists of four speculative industrial buildings on a 98-acre site. The park is being developed by Stonemont Financial Group, a privately held real estate investment firm.
Frampton has started work on a 458,758-square-foot speculative industrial building located within Marion County in Ocala, Fla. Stonemont Financial Group is co-developing the project with US Capital Development.
