Frampton Construction has started work on Race Track Logistics, an estimated 1.5 million square-foot industrial complex in Pompano Beach, Florida. Located in The Pomp, near Harrah’s Casino, the project is being developed by Rockpoint.
Frampton has finished work on Lakeland Commerce Center @ County Line in Lakeland, Fla. Totaling 905,440 square feet, the project consists of four speculative industrial buildings on a 98-acre site. Stonemont Financial Group, a privately held real estate investment firm, developed the park.
Frampton has finished work on the expansion of the United Plate Glass facility in Lincolnton, N.C. The addition includes 21,500 square-feet of dedicated manufacturing space, a 2,000 SF blower/electrical room, and 20 new parking spaces.
Landis Ridge Industrial Park is a 1.3 million square foot Class A industrial park in Landis, NC.
