Frampton Strategic Planning Event

Looking to the future, Frampton Construction recognizes that strategic business planning and leadership development of the company’s team are key to the company’s long-term success. To help ensure this, Frampton Construction recently retained the services of Human Dynamics, Inc. (HDI), based in Dallas, Texas, to help facilitate an annual planning event. The event, “Next Generation Leadership: The New Measurement Scale,” was held on November 10 and 11.

Looking to the future, Frampton Construction recognizes that strategic business planning and leadership development of the company’s team are key to the company’s long-term success. To help ensure this, Frampton Construction recently retained the services of Human Dynamics, Inc. (HDI), based in Dallas, Texas, to help facilitate an annual planning event. The event, “Next Generation Leadership: The New Measurement Scale,” was held on November 10 and 11.

During the meeting, Frampton’s leadership team unveiled its vision statement, and discussed strategies, goals and objectives to advance the company’s growth in the years to come.

Our vision: Together and collaboratively, we will define ourselves by a new

measurement scale in construction by challenging procedures, staying innovative, and

inspiring continuous improvement, all while practicing proven management strategies.

We will remain disciplined; we will preserve our core values; and we will stay true to our

ethics. Frampton Construction strives for a fun, energetic career for all its team members

rooted in a company culture that encourages the team to always challenge the status quo.

As part of its consult with the company, HDI conducted team member assessments to learn what leadership could do enhance the career path at Frampton Construction. Team members offered the following insights and comments:

• Frampton Construction is an exceptional company because they’re an exceptional team.

• The company’s culture is healthy and open.

• The executive team encourages new ideas to improve processes. They are perceived as

genuine, caring, and very supportive of the employees.

• Frampton employees are ambitious, yet self-disciplined.

• Frampton employees are very team oriented and unselfish with one another. Frampton’s

teamwork appears to be exceptional.

• Frampton team members appear to think of the big picture within which their work falls – not just the narrow parameters of “my job.”

Frampton Construction looks forward to working with HDI as the next generation of company leaders and leadership continue to grow.
