Frampton Construction adds preconstruction manager to Charlotte office
Frampton Construction has hired Brandon Reisser as preconstruction manager.
Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, has hired Brandon Reisser as preconstruction manager.
Reisser, who will lead preconstruction efforts for the company’s Charlotte office, has over seven years of estimating experience in the construction industry. With a focus on civil and sitework planning and cost development, Reisser has worked with industrial, office, and commercial construction.
Joey Smith, director of the Charlotte office, commented, “Brandon brings with him a wealth of knowledge on various project delivery models, cost structures, and trade partner relationships. We are excited to have him join the team.”
Reisser graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNC Charlotte) where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, followed by a Master of Science degree in construction and facilities management. While there, Reisser served as a graduate research assistant, managing the university’s virtual construction lab.
In his position as preconstruction manager, Reisser will develop trade partner relationships, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and preliminary design plans for both prospective and existing construction projects.
