Frampton Construction's 497,880-square-foot, three-building speculative industrial complex in Chesterfield, VA, is designed to meet the region's growing demand for warehouse space. The development includes Building 1 at 211,919 SF, Building 2 at 91,496 SF, and Building 3 at 197,809 SF. The buildings feature tilt-up concrete wall panels, storefront windows at the entrances, 322 employee parking spaces, and 58 trailer spaces.

Frampton has been involved since the site selection phase, utilizing a design-build approach and providing early-stage support, including permitting, due diligence, and building test fits. Construction is set to begin in November 2024, with completion expected in early 2026.
