Upstate Trade Center
Upstate Trade Center is a new, 907,444-square-foot speculative industrial development in Greenville, South Carolina.

Upstate Trade Center consists of two spec industrial facilities. Building one will measure 640,667-square-feet with a cross-dock layout and a 36-foot clear height. Building two will measure 266,777-square-feet with a rear-loading layout and a 32-foot clear height. Constructed of concrete tilt walls and structural steel framing, the facilities will be equipped with ESFR sprinklers, energy-efficient LED lighting, and 60mil TPO membrane roofs.
The project’s location, adjacent to US-25 and the Donaldson Center Airport (GYH), is within four miles of I-85 and presents direct access to critical Southeastern metropolitan areas such as Greenville, Spartanburg, Charlotte, and Atlanta.
