The Shelmore

Mount Pleasant, SC 50,000 SQ FT

Frampton Construction was selected by Collett Capital to complete the construction for the redevelopment of 774 South Shelmore Blvd. in Mount Pleasant into The Shelmore, a Class-A mixed use property.

The Shelmore adaptive reuse project involved the transformation of a former BI-LO grocery store into nearly 50,000 square feet of creative office space. Complete demolition of the interior was performed, and over 30 windows and 10 skylights were added to the building’s exterior to provide abundant natural light. Notable features of the building include its 18’ ceilings and expansive lobby with a two-story “jewel box” entry.
