The Blake at Hollingsworth Park
Frampton commenced site work on The Blake at Hollingsworth Park in May 2019. The assisted living and memory care facility sits in the Hollingsworth Park area of Verdae, a master planned community in Greenville, SC.
Developed by Cardinal Ventures, the Blake at Hollingsworth Park features 68 assisted living suites and 33 memory care suites in a range of flexible floor plans. The facility also houses conveniences such as a movie theater, salon, dining room, card playing room, physical therapy clinic, and two enclosed courtyards. Wood framing with engineered trusses form the structure of the building while abundant windows, covered porches, and the trademark Blake brick veneer combines to form the facade. The facility features a drive-up entry portico, extensive landscaping, and high-end interior finishes. This is Frampton’s fifth Blake assisted living project.
