Sterimed Infection Control
This project was a 72,000-square-foot upfit within Building B of Camp Hall Campus 4 for Sterimed Infection Control, a global leader in sterilization packaging.
The project, located in Ridgeville, S.C., includes 4,500 SF of office space, a 10,000 SF production area, a 1,500 SF packaging room, a 700 SF setup room, and 50,000 SF of warehouse.
The setup room serves as a gateway to the production and packaging areas, featuring sequenced access technology to maintain a controlled environment and minimize contamination risks.
