Frampton Construction expands Le Creuset of America’s operations with a 300,000-square-foot distribution center in Hampton County, SC.
Located on a 62-acre site along Bob Gifford Boulevard, this project is a new 300,000-square-foot distribution facility. This build-to-suit facility, constructed with concrete tilt walls, features 22,000 square feet of office space. Amenities include locker rooms, a kitchen/breakroom, an outdoor patio with a grill, and a stone walking path. Frampton’s layout accommodates cross-docking and allows for a future 120,000-square-foot expansion.
