IFA Phase II Expansion
After completing IFA’s 234,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution center in spring 2018, the following fall Frampton expanded the facility by 211,000 square feet, bringing the total size to 487,000 square feet.
The building expansion was constructed using tilt-up concrete panels and structural steel with ceilings providing a 32’ clearance height. The expanded area provides added manufacturing space and over 30,000 square feet of Class A office space for the relocation of IFA’s administrative and executive staff.
