The building footprint includes a 17,500-square-foot office area and 216,500 square feet of warehouse and manufacturing space. Notable exterior components include concrete tilt walls and glass curtain wall systems with a thermoplastic polyolefin roof system. Numerous knockout panels enable a Phase 2 expansion. The facility was built to accommodate the company’s growth and expanding product line, bringing $69 million of capital investment and creating more than 120 new jobs.
