The Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites hotel and Lowcountry Conference Center in Summerville, SC, sits on 6.1 acres within the Nexton community. The dual-brand concept caters to both select service and extended stay hotel customers through one property.

At 93 feet tall, this eight-story post-tensioned concrete structure is the tallest building in Summerville and Berkeley County. The first floor features a lobby, bar, gas fireplace, business center, workout facility, and administrative offices. Floors two through eight feature 250 Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites hotel rooms, separated by elevator lobbies on each floor.

A two-story, 36,000-square-foot conference center is connected to the hotel. The structural steel building includes a back entryway suited for vehicle access and over 7,000 square feet of uninterrupted space on the first floor, large enough to showcase automobiles. Six additional meeting rooms are on the second floor for a total of 13,000 square feet of meeting capacity, fulfilling a significant need for conference space in the Summerville area.
