The Elms Medical Office building project consisted of 22,000 square-feet of medical core and shell space. The building has a structural steel frame and an exterior facade of ornamental brick, hardie plank, hardie board with battens and cast concrete sills. Eighty tinted storefront windows provide natural light to each suite in the building. The shell building interior includes an elevator, housekeeping room and lobbies on each floor with Italian porcelain accent tile.

"This building is a showcase for Summit Healthcare, both in terms of the process, and in terms of the end result. We look forward to the chance to partner with the Frampton team again in the future."Tommy CatoneSummit Healthcare
