Eastgate 540 Buildings 3,4, & 6
Frampton has been selected by Trinity Capital Advisors to build three industrial facilities in Knightdale, N.C.
The trio of buildings will round out Trinity Capital’s Eastgate 540 industrial park, located beside Interstate 540 in Raleigh’s East Wake submarket. Building Six is a 159,600 square foot build-to-suit project for the park’s newest tenant, PCX Corporation. Buildings Three and Four, each measuring 120,000 square feet, are under construction with leases in progress.
Each facility consists of tilt-up concrete wall panels with a structural steel frame and TPO roof. The new buildings join three other facilities in the complex, bringing the park’s total size to 980,000 square feet. Construction is expected to conclude in the summer of 2021.
