Frampton Construction was selected by The Keith Corporation to build a 136,500-square foot speculative industrial building at the Charleston Trade Center in Summerville, SC.
Situated on 12.9 acres, the building has a 32-foot clearance inside with 18 dock doors and two drive-in doors with ramps for forklifts. The building is designed to house between one and six tenants with possible floor plans ranging from 21,000-square feet to the full 136,500-square feet.
