Frampton Construction was selected to complete the upfit of Crate & Barrel's new storefront located near Charlotte's popular SouthPark Mall.
Frampton Construction has started work on a project for Crate & Barrel, a leading home furniture and accessories retailer. The project expands Crate & Barrel's Charlotte, North Carolina operations by upfitting an existing two-story, 36,620-square-foot space.
Situated in Charlotte’s upscale SouthPark neighborhood near Colony Road and Fairview Road, the site is conveniently located close to SouthPark Mall, a premier shopping destination featuring high-end retailers and dining options.
The first floor, spanning 27,620 square feet, will house a showroom, stockroom, breakroom, and restrooms. The 8,792-square-foot second floor will provide additional stockroom and office space. The design incorporates premium finishes such as wood flooring, brick veneer, and wood veneer wraps, all aligned with Crate & Barrel’s signature aesthetic and brand standards.
Construction began in February 2025 and is expected to be completed by the end of July 2025.
