Charleston Veterinary Referral Center

Frampton Construction has begun expanding and renovating the Charleston Veterinary Referral Center (CVRC) in Charleston, SC. This is the second project between Frampton and CVRC, following a 2011 renovation. The two-phase project will double the facility’s size, adding 16,355 square feet in Phase I and renovating 16,345 square feet in Phase II. The expansion includes five surgical rooms, 19 exam rooms, and state-of-the-art equipment like a linear accelerator (LINAC) for cancer treatment. Additional features include specialized dog-run areas, a mobile MRI trailer, and 130 new parking spaces. Completion is expected by November 2025.
