Charleston Veterinary Referral Center
Frampton Construction completed a project to renovate a 16,000 square foot medical office building for Charleston Veterinary Referral Center in spring 2011.
Construction included demolition of all existing interior walls and ceiling, extensive upgrades to electrical and HVAC systems, adding sound proof walls and ceilings, and installing porcelain tile throughout the entire facility. The final interior renovation included nine exam rooms and a triage exam room, three surgical rooms and a sterile hall, an ICU ward, an intermediate care ward, an isolation ward and main treatment area, a pharmacy, a reception and private waiting areas, and an accommodation for ultrasound, CT scan, MRI, and radiology machines. Veterinary Economics named The Charleston Veterinary Referral Center the 2012 winner of the “Best Facility Conversion Award.
