MUSC Health Bluffton Medical Pavilion

Frampton Construction is delivering a new 54,000-square-foot three-story medical office building in Bluffton, SC. The facility will serve multiple medical specialties for MUSC Health and include features like a mobile MRI trailer and an on-site generator, as well as unique design features such as the monumental stairs. The project also includes 259 parking spaces for employees and visitors.

During preconstruction, Frampton provided valuable input through constructability reviews, value engineering during design progression, and initial site test fits using SiteOps technology, optimizing the project’s design and efficiency.

Construction is set to begin in January 2025 and is anticipated to be completed in Q1 2026. Upon completion, the facility will create new jobs and provide a modern space to support specialized medical services.
