The building consists of a 9,044-square foot shop and a 10,098-square foot office. The design team, led by Nicholas Galizia of McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture, created a “refined industrial” design that celebrates the building’s exposed steel structure and concrete floors. The form of the building takes cues from the natural topography of the site, solar orientation, and the mission of the building itself: to advertise. The vertical fins along the north elevation are designed to provide shade from the setting sun, while the walls that meet at the northeast corner of the building serve as space for graphics.

"Our new building is a dream come true. After being in the planning and execution stages for more than two years, my staff and I are delighted with the space, the setting, and the efficiencies. My thanks to all of the planners, construction workers, and finishers who made this all possible for us."Jeannine DodsonGeneral Manager, Adams Outdoor Advertising
