Frampton has started work on Sunlake Business Center, a two-building industrial development in Tampa, Fla. Stonemont Financial Group, a privately held real estate investment firm, is developing the project.
Frampton has started work on a 458,758-square-foot speculative industrial building located within Marion County in Ocala, Fla. Stonemont Financial Group is co-developing the project with US Capital Development.
Work is complete on a 430,920-square foot distribution center for Sagebrook Home at the Charleston Trade Center in Summerville, S.C.
