Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, is underway on construction of Delta Industrial Park in Gastonia, N.C. The project, on Delta Drive in Gastonia, is being developed by Trinity Capital Advisors as a Class-A industrial park that will feature an 876,587-square-foot facility.
Located directly off I-85 near Exit 14, the park will feature prominent roadway visibility and easy interstate access. The cross-dock building will be constructed of concrete tilt walls and structural steel, with a 40’ clear height, 180 dock positions, and four drive-in doors.

Merriman Schmitt Architects is the architect on the project, and Thomas & Hutton is the civil engineer. JLL is handling leasing. Work on the facility begins this month and is scheduled to conclude by the end of 2022.
