This signature awards program turns a spotlight on local companies that have put in place policies and practices to attract top talent -- and keep them engaged. The rankings are based on employee surveys, conducted and scored by Quantum Workplace, which took place after a nomination process earlier this year.
The 75 finalists were grouped into four categories based on size. The No. 1 companies in each category were featured in a Charlotte Business Journal special report published on November 20, along with a complete list of rankings.
“We’re excited and humbled to be named one of the best places to work in Charlotte, and we’re committed to continuing a tradition of building a positive culture where our team is engaged, committed and rewarded,” commented Joey Smith, director of Frampton Construction’s Charlotte office.
