Frampton has hired industry powerhouse Josh Schlechty as its new senior vice president of operations.
CHARLESTON, S.C. (August 8, 2024) — Frampton Construction Company, a full-service firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, has hired industry powerhouse Josh Schlechty as its new senior vice president of operations.
Schlechty brings a wealth of knowledge and nearly three decades of experience to the role. He first joined the construction industry as a carpenter in 1998. Since then, Schlechty has advanced his career by consistently delivering excellent results for his clients — evident in his many long-standing professional relationships — and by empowering those around him.
Focusing on commercial construction, Schlechty has managed multimillion-dollar projects across various sectors throughout his career, including private commercial development, higher education, K-12, civic, and healthcare. He has demonstrated a track record for building client trust, which is evident in his many long-lasting professional relationships and repeat work on campuses and with clients throughout the years.

Schlechty will split his time between the Charleston and Charlotte office locations.

Frampton Construction has promoted six team members to new positions. David Oliphant has been named senior superintendent, while Keith Horton, Dan Moore, and Kyle Shank have all been named senior project managers. Zach Hollifield has been promoted to project manager, and Ryan Colucci to assistant project manager.
Frampton Construction has promoted Brittany Jones to executive assistant, Katherine Panke to senior marketing manager, and Brandon Reisser to senior preconstruction manager.
