Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, has wrapped up work on The Blake at Hollingsworth Park.

The 86,000-square foot assisted living and memory care facility is in the Hollingsworth Park area of Verdae, a master planned community in Greenville, S.C. With 68 assisted living and 33 memory care suites in a range of flexible floor plans, the Blake at Hollingsworth Park also features a movie theater, salon, dining room, activity room, physical therapy clinic, and two enclosed courtyards for residents to enjoy.

Wood framing and engineered trusses form the structure of the building, while abundant windows, covered porches, and the signature Blake brick veneer combine to form the facade. Developed by Cardinal Ventures, The Blake at Hollingsworth Park features a drive-up entry portico, extensive landscaping, and high-end interior finishes.

Edgar G. McKee, principal of Cardinal Ventures, commented, “We’re excited about bringing another Blake project to completion in the Carolinas and to have had the opportunity to partner with Frampton Construction once again on such a meaningful project. The facility was designed and built with the comfort and safety of its future residents in mind, and I think we’ve been successful in creating a secure, upscale care environment that Greenville seniors will be happy to call home.”

Young, Wier + Boerner Architecture, PLLC completed the design for the building, and Hoyt + Berenyi was civil engineer for the project. This is Frampton’s fifth Blake assisted living project.
