Alex Seglem

Alex Seglem

Alex Seglem grew up in Atlanta, G.A. where he developed a passion for golf, fly fishing and hunting. Alex and his fiance, Kinsey, live in Mt. Pleasant, S.C..

Why did you choose to enter the Construction Industry?

My grandfather was an electrician in the Navy and then a carpenter, so that inspired my early interest in building. A couple of my uncles are in the General Contracting field which is what inspired me to pursue construction specifically.

What was your first construction project, and what did you enjoy the most about it?

My first project as a full-time construction professional was the Dobbins Air Reserve Base Air Traffic Control Tower. I enjoyed knowing I was contributing to our country's service members' needs and their tireless defense of our freedoms.

What is your favorite part of a construction project?

I love being part of changing the physical landscape of an area for the better by buidling structures that serve society. I also enjoy seeing the physical product come to fruition through my hard work to coordinate the building process. My favorite part of a project is turning over a quality finished product to a satisfied client.

What Customers are saying

Frampton was originally interviewed for our Corporate Office in Columbia and although not selected, the Frampton team not only impressed me but also the owners of the company so much so that we decided after that interview that Frampton should be included on our very short list of contractors to handle our projects throughout our service area in the Sunbelt.  Like all of our contractors we started out with a couple small renovations projects and progressed to much larger turnkey/design build service centers. Frampton has been a pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail and continuous improvement for quality and cost control to the owner is very much appreciated. The Southeastern team looks forward to many more successful projects with the Frampton team.
