Charlotte, N.C. – Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, has completed work on a new facility for Adams Outdoor Advertising in Charlotte, N.C.

Charleston, S.C. – Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, has completed a build-to-suit industrial manufacturing facility for Curtiss-Wright Corporation, a global, diversified manufacturing and service company. The project, developed by The Keith Corporation, is located within the Charleston Trade Center in Summerville, S.C. 

Charleston, S.C. – The Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Carolinas chapter has awarded Frampton Construction Company, LLC, with a first-place Eagle Award in their annual Excellence in Construction (EIC) Awards competition. The award was earned in the $5-$10 million commercial project category for construction of the US Foods Charleston CHEF’STORE.

Charleston, S.C. – The Keith Corporation, in conjunction with the owner of West Branch Commerce Park, is set to develop a new 615,000 square-foot transload facility for A&R Logistics, Inc., in Moncks Corner, S.C. The company broke ground at an event on October 21, 2019, to mark the occasion.  CSX will provide rail service to the site granting A&R Logistics direct, reliable, and efficient access to the Port of Charleston. The building will boast 36’ clearance heights and future expansion capability.  

Charleston, S.C. – The Keith Corporation, owner and developer of IFA’s existing Charleston Trade Center building, is expanding the automotive supplier’s facility by 211,000 square feet, bringing the total size to 487,000 square feet. To build the project, The Keith Corporation has partnered with Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services.

Charleston, S.C. - Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, has finished work on a 136,500-square-foot industrial building at the Charleston Trade Center, located in Summerville, S.C. The Keith Corporation, a privately held, full-service developer and owner of industrial, warehouse, and other commercial properties, developed the project.

Charleston, S.C. – Construction is complete after a significant expansion and renovation to Southeastern Freight Lines’ Savannah, Ga., facility. Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional full-service construction firm, provided preconstruction and construction services for the project.
