Charlotte, N.C. – Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, has been recognized by the Charlotte Business Journal as one of the Best Places to Work in the Charlotte region. Frampton ranked 12th on the list of Small Companies with a “Best Places to Work Score” of 96.16%.

This signature awards program turns a spotlight on local companies that have put in place policies and practices to attract top talent -- and keep them engaged. The rankings are based on employee surveys, conducted and scored by Quantum Workplace, which took place after a nomination process earlier this year.

The 75 finalists were grouped into four categories based on size. The No. 1 companies in each category were featured in a Charlotte Business Journal special report published on November 20, along with a complete list of rankings.
