On February 2, 2016, Frampton Construction broke ground on the Booz Allen Hamilton / SPARC project, an exciting office expansion for the Lowcountry. The project involves a highly tactical renovation of the company’s existing building, located at Clements Ferry Road, as well as the construction of a mirror image building with a wing that will connect the two in the center. The total project covers 75,252 square feet, with the new building measuring 41,420 square feet. Also included are almost 450 surface parking spaces.

Led by Frampton Construction, the SPARC project represents an enterprising approach of delivery and includes project team members of Agracel, Inc., as project developer; McMillan Pazden Smith as project designer; Hoyt Berenyi as civil engineer; and Jones Lang LaSalle as program manager for Booz Allen Hamilton.

SPARC is an Agile Systems Delivery Hub of Booz Allen Hamilton, which provides software development services for the government and commercial sectors. This project follows Booz Allen Hamilton’s recent acquisition of the software company.
