ODFL - Hagerstown, MD

In July of 2020, Frampton Construction completed an office renovation, and additional facility upgrades, to Old Dominion Freight Line’s 70-door service center in Hagerstown, MD. Work on the project started in March of the same year.

The existing office was renovated and expanded by 1,000-square feet to accommodate additional offices, a new conference room, and a drivers-only restroom. The updated office features new tile, windows, and millwork throughout, and the dock area now has new dock racks. Frampton Construction also re-striped the entire facility and retrofitted it with new LED light fixtures. Outside, a fuel pad and motorized entry gate with access controls were added.

David Mollenkopf Architect completed the design for the project.

What Customers are saying

Frampton Construction’s team was invaluable to Aston when assessing a complicated re-development of a former big box store.  Their real time construction data and estimates allowed us to make sound risk management decisions about a highly complex deal.  More impressive has been Frampton’s ability to meet deadlines and provide excellent GC oversight of this major re-development and up-fit for a large, publicly traded telecom company.
