Frampton Construction was selected to build a 130,000-square foot Customer Care Center for T-Mobile in Richmond, VA. The adaptive reuse project consists of converting a former Sam's Club grocery store into creative office and call center space. Much of the scope is interior upfit work, but the exterior will see some changes including a 3,000-square foot employee patio with outdoor kitchen, fireplace, seating, and a basketball court.
