T-Mobile 40k Tenant Improvement



Frampton Construction was tapped by developer Aston Properties to complete a 41,000-square foot tenant improvement project for T-Mobile in N. Charleston, SC. This space adjoins T-Mobile’s existing 127,000-square foot Customer Care Center, which Frampton completed in January of 2018. The 41,000-square feet serves as added call center and office space for T-Mobile.

Interior upfit work included adding framing, gypboard walls, acoustical cloud ceilings, roof top HVAC units, raised access flooring, and new exterior windows. The completed space consists of open and private offices, training rooms, conference rooms, a karaoke lounge, and café.
